Complaints and returns

 

The condition of all the products we sell is carefully checked by us. After receiving the order, please open it and inspect it. If you're not happy with what you find, give us a call and, if possible, take some photos. We will do our best to fix it. As we deal with products that change rapidly with age, please contact us as soon as possible regarding quality issues.

 

Due to hygiene and sanitary aspects, we generally do not accept returns of goods sold by weight and/or fresh products with short shelf life. If you are concerned about something, please contact us, we will do our best to help find a solution. Other products can be returned within 14 days of concluding the contract.

 

Your rights

 

If you are a consumer, we have a legal obligation to supply products in accordance with the contract. Additionally, for some products purchased online or by telephone, you have the right to change your mind and withdraw from the contract within 10 days of concluding the contract. However, you do not have the right to change your mind in certain situations, for example when the contract concerns perishable and cut goods (this applies to all cheeses, cold cuts and fresh food products).

 

If you have the right to cancel the contract and wish to do so, simply inform us that you have decided to cancel the order. The easiest way to do this is to contact us by phone at +48 606 699 150 or by e-mail: buono@buono-delikatesy.pl

 

If you cancel your Agreement:

 

We will refund the price you paid for the products. However, we may reduce your refund to compensate for any reduction in the value of the products caused by mishandling or damage.

 

We will make any refunds due to you as soon as possible and in any event within 14 days of the day on which we receive the product from you.

We will refund the money to the credit or debit card you used to pay. If you used vouchers to pay for a product, we may refund the vouchers to you.
