If we need to contact you, we will do so by telephone or in writing to the e-mail address or postal address you provided to us in your order.

 

Our contract with you

 

When you place an order with us, your order is treated as an offer which, if accepted by us, will result in a binding contract. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we send you an e-mail confirming our order has been processed, at which point a contract will be formed between you and us. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you and you will not be charged for the product. This may be due to the product being out of stock, an error being identified in the product's pricing or description, or an inability to meet the collection or delivery deadline.

 

Product description and replacement

 

Products and their packaging may differ slightly from their photos. Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only.

 

If the product you have selected is not available, we will offer you the option of replacing part or all of your order with similar products of equivalent or greater value. If you agree to the proposed changes, the price of your order will not change.

 

If you indicate that you do not want a replacement product or have agreed to receive a replacement product and a suitable replacement is not available, we will notify you and give you the option to cancel your order or wait until the affected product is available if the product is still available in our distribution network.

If we are unable to complete your order, it will be canceled, we will notify you and you will not be charged for the order.

 

Your right to make changes

 

If you would like to make a change to your order, please contact us and we will let you know if a change is possible. Where possible, we will inform you of any changes to your order's price, delivery date or anything else that may be necessary as a result of the requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to proceed with your order.

 

Execution of the contract

 

• Orders placed via the website www.buono-delikatesy.pl are processed only with the Customer's own collection at the stationary store at ul. Gawronów 6 in Katowice. Possible payment methods: card payment via PayU or card or cash payment on delivery.

• After placing your order, we will inform you when it is ready for collection.

• Orders without an individually agreed pickup date can be collected during store opening hours, up to 24 hours after receiving notification of readiness for pickup. If you have any questions or requests, please contact us, preferably at the ordering stage. Due to hygiene and sanitary requirements, we reserve the right to dispose of products not collected within the above-mentioned deadline with the obligation to pay for them. If you are unable to collect the products on the above-mentioned date, please contact us at the stage of placing the order or within 24 hours after receiving confirmation of readiness for collection to determine an individual pickup date. Under such arrangement, the collection date may be extended by a maximum of 48 hours.

 

You are responsible for the product from the moment it is handed over to you. You own the product once we have completed your order and received full payment. Please follow the storage instructions for products sold in our store.

Restrictions on order processing

For purchases of alcoholic products pursuant to Art. 15 and art. 46 of the Act of 26 October 1982 on upbringing in sobriety and counteracting alcoholism, adults are eligible. By placing an order, you declare that you are of legal age.

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our website and in the material published on it. These works are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world. All such rights are reserved. You may not copy or reproduce any or all of the contents of the website in any form, including, without limitation, inclusion or storage in any other website, electronic retrieval system, publication or other work (whether in paper, electronic or other form) without our express permission.

 

Changes to the website

 

We may update our website and these terms and conditions from time to time and change its content. We do not warrant that our website, or any content on it, will be free from errors or omissions.

 

Government Law

 

These terms and conditions are governed by Polish law and you may bring legal proceedings in respect of the products in Polish courts.
